The rise of EdTech in the education system is inevitable. And Zenith Learning Group, one of Singapore’s leading education companies, is taking advantage of the opportunity. With a seed round of $1.4 million led by Trihill Capital, Zenith Learning is ready to take its hybrid learning programme to the next level.
The round was also joined by other investors like East Ventures, Orvel Ventures, One Leaf Capital, and Ascend Angel Network. The company will use the funds to further its EdTech products, research and development, and to expand its team of over 40 teachers.
Zenith Learning was established in 2019 with the mission to give learners the opportunity to reach their peak potential by cultivating integral values and skills. To achieve this, the company is creating a hybrid learning experience for primary school students. It will involve brick-and-mortar enrichment centres in Singapore and an online education platform.
Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, Zenith Learning has grown into six centres across the city-state and is now serving 3,000 students. The firm believes that the future of education should be tech-driven and should put the learner first.
EdTech companies like Zenius have shifted their focus to hybrid learning, combining online and offline resources. With its new round of funding, Zenith Learning is ready to provide an even better experience for its students. The company’s leadership team is comprised of founder and CEO Evan Heng, head of product Joel Yap, director of commercial Lim Zi Jian, head of education Chester Mark, and chief operating officer Bryan Tan.
For teachers, this new EdTech development spells great potential. It is exciting to see how Zenith Learning will use this funding to make the education experience even more interactive and engaging for students. With the right technology, teachers can make learning more effective and enjoyable for their students.
