NodeFlair Raises $2M Series A Funding to Empower Tech Talents with Smarter Career Decisions

The round was led by Iterative with participation from 500 Global and Persol Venture Partners, the corporate venture capital arm of human resource management group PERSOL. Additionally, the round was backed by prominent angel investors Quek Siu Rui (Chief Executive Officer [CEO] and Co-founder of Carousell), JJ Chai (CEO and Co-founder of Rainforest), and Siew Kum Hong (Former Chief Operating Officer of AirBnB China).

The Singapore-based company is leveraging the new funding to develop its platform and expand its reach within the tech community. With the help of advanced data analytics and machine learning, NodeFlair aims to empower job seekers and teachers with the knowledge they need to make informed career decisions. Founded in 2018 by Ethan Ang and Adrian Goh, NodeFlair bridges the gap between international employers and highly qualified tech professionals across Asia. The platform provides payslip-verified salary data and in-depth career information for technology roles across all seniority levels. NodeFlair supports companies of any scale, from startups to businesses like ByteDance, Dyson, Shopee, and more.
