EdTechReview.in is excited to announce the launch of Campus Founders – a 4-month student entrepreneurship program to support college-based startup founders and recent graduates in turning their startup ideas into successful businesses. The program is a collaborative effort between IIM Bangalore’s incubation arm – NSRCEL, and is designed to help students evolve their ventures while studying.

The program is open to students from across academic disciplines and provides participants with workshops, hands-on mentorship and access to experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts. The students will be able to develop critical business skills, address key challenges, and nurture a growth mindset which will help them maximize their potential, leverage opportunities and thrive in the competitive and ever-evolving startup landscape.

Commenting on the launch, Anand Sri Ganesh, CEO of NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore, said: “This programme’s launch will be pivotal in shaping the next generation of entrepreneurial talent in India. With Campus Founders, we look towards equipping these student entrepreneurs with the appropriate skill set, mentorship, and network that helps them develop critical business skills, address key challenges, and nurture a growth mindset. This program uniquely aims to help student entrepreneurs maximize their potential, leverage opportunities, and thrive in the competitive and ever-evolving startup landscape.”

Milind M Manoj, CEO of PupilMesh, a venture from one of NSRCEL’s past cohorts, said: “My entrepreneurial journey with NSRCEL began in 2018. Being straight out of college and having no business background, NSRCEL provided us with the proper exposure to quickly catch up on the essentials needed to run a venture. NSRCEL’s offerings enabled us to interact with like-minded entrepreneurs and industry experts and helped us take our solutions to the market.”

Through the Campus Founders program, students will be able to learn how to run successful startups from experienced entrepreneurs. By the end of the program, the participants will be able to tap into guidance aimed at helping them refine their business models, create a validated revenue stream, develop a growth-driven product roadmap, achieve product-market fit, explore funding opportunities, and build a loyal customer base.

IIM Bangalore, founded in 1973, is one of India’s top business schools and the premier business incubator, NSRCEL, provides the perfect platform for students to hone their entrepreneurial skills. With the launch of Campus Founders, IIM Bangalore aims to equip student entrepreneurs with the required skills and support to help them become successful entrepreneurs.
