Educate Online, a US-based educational technology company, recently secured $640,000 in a funding round led by UMAY Angel’s Club, spearheaded by lead investor and business angel Bakht Niyazov. Founded in 2018 by Alexander Zheltov, Igor Borovikov, Rinat Aliev, and Artem Saloshin, the platform offers students aged 4-19 the opportunity to study part-time or full-time and earn their high school qualifications through Pearson Edexcel & Cambridge International or graduate with a US or Canada high school diploma.

In 2019, Educate Online developed The Hub, a platform for engaging students of all ages in online K-12 study, ESOL, career exploration, university preparation, and internship and mentorship programs. To date, the platform has 2500+ students from 18 countries enrolled to learn and attend lessons from the UK, US, Canada, and beyond.

Educate Online plans to use the latest round of investment to advance the online platform, penetrate foreign markets, and attract EdTech experts to bolster the team. The startup has previously secured a total investment of $9 million from entities such as Angelsdeck, Softline VP, Flyer One Ventures, Xploration, and TMT.

Teachers can now rely on Educate Online to provide students with the opportunity to learn and attend lessons from leading institutions in the US, UK, Canada, and beyond. The platform also offers exclusive services including internship placement, university counselling, in-person experiences, robust extracurriculars, and internship placement with top companies such as Red Bull and Softline. With its recent investment, Educate Online is committed to providing teachers with the resources they need to help their students succeed.
