Blue Planet Environmental Solution’s Education to Action (EdAct) platform, Blue Nudge, recently launched an innovative Environmental Studies Programme, integrating Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies into the teaching methodology.
The programme is designed to provide students from diverse backgrounds with the knowledge and skills necessary to become active advocates for a sustainable future. Through a combination of online modules and community engagement activities, the programme seeks to empower students to make meaningful contributions to the fight against climate change.
In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the programme, Blue Nudge held a three-day “Climate Change” workshop at DAV Faridabad. Here, 30 students from classes 6 to 8 were introduced to the atmosphere and planet, as well as pollution-related issues. The workshop also incorporated augmented reality tools, allowing students to experience an immersive and transformative learning experience.
