EdTechReview.in, a prominent source of education technology news, has reported on the launch of Cuemath’s first physical math learning centre in Gurgaon. This move is based on the growing demand from parents for in-person math classes, where students can benefit from personalized attention and a heightened focus on written problem-solving.

Cuemath, a global math learning platform, was founded in 2013 with the mission to transform the way children learn math by teaching the subject as a life skill beyond academic success. The newly launched learning centre offers a safe and children-friendly physical setup, complete with well-equipped math classrooms, math play areas with physical math manipulatives, and a math library. The centre is accessible to students from grades K -12 and is designed to deliver the best learning experience, emphasizing engagement and enhancing learning outcomes through the small group class format.

In addition to the network of 5000+ teachers nationally, Cuemath has brought in a new set of trained and certified math tutors to teach children face-to-face at the centre and provide real-time guidance. The centre will be operational all seven days a week, allowing parents to enrol their kids and align with their schedules.

Manan Khurma, Founder and CEO of Cuemath, spoke about the development: “Offline teaching has always been in our DNA, and we began with teachers operating local centres from their homes. Fueled by overwhelming parental demand, we are proud to launch our first offline centre in India, driven by our mission to be the best global math learning company. Our goal is to ensure world-class math learning for every child, unlocking the many possibilities a strong math foundation can provide for students across the globe. We continually strive to enhance our offering to improve the delivery of exceptional student-teacher experience. This offline learning centre will be a stepping stone to improve the efficacy of math learning significantly.”

Cuemath plans to open additional learning centres nationally and internationally, focusing on regions with a high demand for face-to-face classes. Their program is backed by Lightrock, Alpha Wave Incubation, Sequoia Capital India, CapitalG (formerly Google Capital), and Manta Ray and operates in over 80 countries. They have raised $126 million and is currently valued at USD 407 million.

For educators looking to elevate math learning in their classrooms, Cuemath is an excellent choice. With its innovative pedagogy, engaging puzzles and interactive visuals, teachers can ensure their students are learning math as a life skill beyond academic success. Through its physical learning centres, Cuemath ensures that students receive personalized attention and a heightened focus on written problem-solving, greatly increasing their chances of success.
