As the digital transformation continues to shape the modern world, many companies have found themselves in need of new digital skills to keep up with the times. En-Japan, a Tokyo-based provider of online recruitment services, recently launched En SX [sales transformation] Reskilling—an innovative reskilling product—to help start-ups and SMEs bridge the skills gap.

En SX Reskilling is designed to help companies discover and develop their existing human resources, to ensure their digital transformation efforts are successful. The platform provides intuitive, no-code tools and graphical user interfaces to systemize the process of finding the right digital talent. The product was inspired by En-Japan’s own struggle to reduce the talent gap.

The company’s Executive, Yujiro Noda, said: “We launched En SX Reskilling to discover and develop DX human resources from employees who know the field. We would like to contribute to the growth of more companies by generously providing the reskilling know-how that we have accumulated in the growth process.”

En SX Reskilling is a great tool for teachers who are looking to help their students develop the skills they need to stay competitive in the modern economy. By leveraging the platform’s intuitive tools, teachers can identify the digital skills their students already possess, and provide them with the resources they need to hone these skills further.

En-Japan’s annual revenue amounted to $502 million in the 12 months to March 2023, according to its latest earnings report. With the launch of En SX Reskilling, the company is set to continue its success in helping companies bridge the digital skills gap.
