Are you looking for a way to integrate robotics and automation technologies into your classroom? The American Samoa Department of Education has teamed up with RobotLAB to do just that. RobotLAB is an award-winning robotics integrator that provides transformative technological innovations and solutions to educators and business owners throughout the world.

As part of this collaboration, RobotLAB will provide more than 150 technology carts to the nation’s public schools. Each cart includes humanoid robots, virtual reality headsets, laptops, tablets, and lesson plans, all tailored to the various grade levels. With the addition of these carts, students will be exposed to age-appropriate technology and have the opportunity to master computer science, artificial intelligence, automation, STEM, and robotics.

Founder & CEO of RobotLAB, Elad Inbar, commented on the exciting collaboration: “We’re honoured to bring enhanced STEM education and robotics to American Samoa, as we’ve seen the positive impact these technologies have had on students over the last 15-plus years. After working with the American Samoa Department of Education to identify the best programs and packages for their needs, we’re excited to introduce students in American Samoa to best-in-class education technologies that will challenge and encourage them to master the interconnected world of robotics and automation through hands-on learning.”

Dr. Solomona Tuisamatatele, Head of Technology Integration Office of the American Samoa Department of Education, added: “Through this partnership, we hope to familiarize our students with technology that will provide them with an advanced understanding of STEM, AI, robotics and more. Being so remote, our students are only sometimes able to access the evolving education technologies that those in other countries are exposed to regularly, so we’re eager to integrate these innovations on our islands best to prepare our students for the jobs of their future.”

RobotLAB has been providing turnkey robotics and technology solutions to businesses and schools worldwide since 2007. In this time, they’ve successfully deployed over 10,000 robots, offering successful and highly specialized robotics solutions to enterprises and schools. With an eye on inclusivity and accessibility, RobotLAB also provides robots, VR equipment, projected reality stations, and lesson materials for kids with a range of learning needs.

RobotLAB’s collaboration with the American Samoa Department of Education is a great example of how robotics and automation technologies can be integrated into the classroom. We look forward to seeing the positive impacts these technologies will have on the students of American Samoa.
