With these funds, the Jaipur-based company is looking to upgrade student’s knowledge across ages and geography, utilizing a phygital model that is in sync with the school curriculum.
Founded by Shivram Choudhary, Codevidhya is providing a platform for young coders to hone their coding skills in a fun and knowledgeable environment. The startup believes that coding is the ideal tool to develop skills like logical reasoning, problem-solving, creative thinking, and others.
Codevidhya has a strong presence in the B2B, B2C, and B2G markets and provides a wide range of services, including financial literacy, coding skills, computer books, and learning platforms for Grades 1 to 10, and online courses for the age group 6 to 16.
Shivram Choudhary, Founder & CEO of Codevidhya, mentioned that the funds raised will help the institution in its expansion plans and strengthening its products. He also mentioned that Codevidhya’s presence in various segments like B2B, B2C, and B2G has helped it secure this funding round despite the funding winter, especially in EdTech.
The firm has also received the Rajiv Gandhi Innovation Award from the Government of Rajasthan, which is an indication of the company’s dedication to advancing education and making it accessible to many students. Codevidhya has also been granted INR 75 Lakhs for this accomplishment.
In 2021, the firm announced a seed funding of an undisclosed amount from Rajasthan Venture Capital Fund (RVCF), Digital Futurists Angels Network, and angel investor Vinay Choudhary.
