EdTechReview.in is excited to announce a new collaboration between IIT Roorkee’s Continuing Education Centre (CEC) and Imarticus Learning, an innovative professional education company. Together, they are launching a Certification Programme in Human Resource Management and Analytics for HR professionals. This comprehensive six-month programme is designed to transform conventional HR management practices by teaching data-driven decision-making strategies.
This 100-hour course is divided into theoretical concepts and hands-on practice. Participants can engage in weekend sessions with IIT faculty members to ensure a high-quality learning experience. Each batch will have 40 students, and the course will commence in October. The course fee is Rs 1 lakh + GST.
The cutting-edge curriculum was designed by IIT Roorkee faculty and includes training in three or more tools, including machine learning algorithms for predictive analysis and fundamental statistical tools like Excel. This allows HR managers to identify trends, improve HR procedures, and encourage higher employee engagement and retention. Participants will also collaborate on at least eight real-world case studies to apply their knowledge in real-life scenarios.
Nikhil Barshikar, the Founder of Imarticus Learning, commented on the programme. He said: “This programme aims to bridge the gap between traditional HR practices and data-driven decision-making. Upon completion, students will receive an industry-recognised HR certification from CEC, IIT Roorkee. This certification, along with the comprehensive knowledge and skills gained, will empower professionals to impress employers and advance their careers.
